Summer Dress Code:
Female Dancers may wear pink tights with any leotard of choice.
Leotard must fully cover the dancer’s torso.
Male Dancers may wear black tights or fitted pants with any color fitted shirt.

K-Pop Dance Camp
Get ready to move, groove, and SHINE! Dancers will explore high-energy choreography, fun music, and exciting dance styles inspired by K-pop. Each day includes a snack and creative craft, making it the perfect mix of movement, creativity, confidence, and FUN!
*This class is jazz and hip hop based. Therefore, it does not count toward Nutcracker eligibility.
Students must be enrolled in ballet classes to be eligible to participate in UCYB’s Nutcracker.

Step into a world of magic and music! This ballet camp will explore the beloved stories of The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, and Swan Lake. Each day will include ballet class, storytelling, snacks, and creative crafts–bringing these timeless classics to life while nurturing a love for classical ballet.

Level 6 Pointe Shoe Intensive
Take your training to the next level! This focused week is designed to strengthen technique, build confidence, and deepen understanding of pointe work. Dancers will participate in daily ballet and pointe classes while learning about shoe construction, sewing techniques, and the anatomy of the foot–all essentials for dancing safely and beautifully on pointe.

Technique Classes and Choreography “Sneak Peaks” will take place during the June Session. It is highly recommended, however not required, that a dancer be at the June Nutcracker Session to participate in the August Nutcracker Auditions. It is, however, required that dancers participate in dance classes during the month of June, as well as at least 75% of the month of July to audition for the 2026 UCYB Nutcracker.
UCYB Auditions will take place during the full week of the August Session.

Level 6, Level 7/Intermediate Choreography will be taught Monday-Wednesday. UCYB Auditions will be held on Thursday.
Pre-Advanced/Advanced Choreography will be taught Monday-Thursday. UCYB Auditions will be held of Friday.
Dancers must take ballet classes during the month of June and at participate in at least 75% of
dance classes in July to participate in the Pre-Professional Nutcracker Audition Camp.
While other dance styles are a valuable part of a dancer’s education, continued ballet training
ensures dancers are developing the technique and discipline necessary for this classical production.
Dancers must attend the choreography sessions throughout the week of camp to take part in Auditions for the Nutcracker.

Younger Dancers' Nutcracker Camps and Auditions
August 10th-13th
Choreography will be taught Monday-Wednesday. UCYB Auditions will be on Thursday.

the Younger Dancers’ Nutcracker Audition Camp.
